Shipping & Returns

Shipping


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Time in Transit

Depending on your location, shipping times or time in transit for your parcel to arrive can vary.  While most destinations in the USA require no more that 5-10 business days, we do ask that all customers allow between 5-15 Business Days for North American Shipments and anywhere from 5-21 Business Days for International Shipments to Europe, U.K., Australia, Etc.

While in many cases our parcels arrive within just 5-10 days, please note that all packages must be cleared by, and pass through, customs in your country.  While this is an easy and a free process, it can most certainly add additional time in transit for your package to arrive.  Please note that we have no control over how long customs will require to clear and process your package, and as such, we ask that all North American Customers please allow at LEAST 15 Working / Business Days for their parcel to arrive prior to contacting our shipping staff, to allow for any extra time require for customs clearance.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  Because we ship internationally, we are not able to send pre-paid shipping packages or envelopes.  Please note that customers are responsible for any return shipping costs and in the case of a replacement or an exchange, we will cover any shipping costs / expenses to send a new package back out to our customers.

It generally takes about 2-3 weeks to process a return, and this includes the time required to receive a package as well as the processing and inspection time, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 15 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).  Please note that once we issue the refund to your credit card, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to show on your statement from your credit card company.

We strongly recommend that you send your return via a reliable carrier to ensure that your product gets to us and is not lost in transit.  

PLEASE NOTE That we will NOT be held responsible for any return merchandise that is lost in transit and we will NOT be able to issue a refund for an order if the merchandise is not returned or is lost in transit.  There are no exceptions to this.  Much like any brick and mortar or retail store, customers must return the merchandise in order to receive a refund.  This is why we urge that customer return the merchandise via a trackable or insured shipping method.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.  Please make sure that We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

IMPORTANT! Returning defective items for exchange or any other reason must have "Canadian Goods Being Returned For Repair or "Returning to Canadian supplier for repair" or "Returning to Canadian supplier for exchange" or "Returning to Canadian supplier for refund" (depending on circumstance) on the outside of the packaging or box and on the CUSTOMS DECLARATION FORM.
